FELLOWSHIPS FOR CONFERENCE FEE

We have a great pleasure to announce that the SSTA2002 Conference sponsor, Foundation for Civil Engineering Development provided six fellowships (300 $ each) to fully reimburse (without travel costs) the participation in the Conference.
